All women have hang ups about their bodies. Even those women who are considered to have 'perfect' figures will tell you there are parts they would like to change. And while every woman is different there are five body parts that are commonly listed when women are asked what they're unhappy with.

But why be unhappy with something when you can fix it?

Here we take a look at the body parts most women would change – and how you can keep them looking their best.

Upper arms
The dreaded bingo wings plague women every where. Once you gain a little weight your upper arms get unattractive, hanging skin that you can't seem to shift. The easiest way to keep your upper arms looking slender is to do some regular toning exercises. Try holding a couple of light weights and extending your arms straight up to the ceiling then bending at the elbow before stretching again. Continue for ten repetitions and try to do this on a daily basis.

Thighs
Toned, sexy thighs are something all women want. Unfortunately most of us actually have wobbly, chunky thighs! Combat this by trying some squats. Squats will help to tone your thighs and bottom to give you a sexy, shapely figure.

Stomach
Who doesn't want a flat, washboard stomach. With the current crop top trend still sweeping the high street, girls everywhere are desperate to get a sexy flat stomach. Sit ups are the best exercise for toning stomach muscles. Be sure to do them correctly though to avoid straining the muscles in your neck.

Of course, there's no point having toned tummy muscles if you can't see them thanks to tummy fat! A healthy, balanced diet is the best way to lose weight. Fad diets are not healthy and furthermore they don't work. Any weight you lose on fad diets will be gained again once you start eating properly.

Neck
The neck is a very sexy part of a women. But it's also one of the parts that shows aging the most. Keep your neck sexy and slender with regular facial exercises. Clenching and releasing your jaw is one of the easiest facial exercises. Repeat daily to get the best results. Moisturising is also essential to keep the skin on your neck soft and supple. Apply every day before bed.
