Want diet tips, meditation and yoga workouts on the go? Sting's wife, Trudie Styler, is bring her popular yoga DVD series to iTunes to enjoy on the go. As well as workouts, Trudie Styler’s Weight Loss Yoga includes a two-week weight loss plan with nutrition advice and recipes from her personal chef, Joseph Sponzo.

There is also an interview with Dr Alejandro Junger, author of the best-selling diet detox book “The CLEAN Diet".

In terms of yoga, there are four focused workouts to help users achieve healthy and permanent weight loss, transforming the body from the inside out. You can view them on your laptop, tablet, mobile phone or any device with iTunes.

Yoga Conditioning for Weight promotes a leaner, stronger and more energetic body by focusing on traditional standing yoga poses. Total Body Yoga works all the major muscles and building upper-body, lower-body and core strength. Yoga Abs concentrates on strengthening the core muscles and Chair Yoga is perfect for those new to yoga or easing back into the practice.
