Bounce your way to fitness in 2012

Tuesday, 20 December 2011 11:03 AM

Want a fun way to tone up and burn calories post-Christmas? A trampoline workout could help you bounce your way to fitness. Just 10 minutes on a trampoline is the equivalent of running one mile cardio-wise, and a lot more fun too.

A mini trampoline workout, dubbed Bounce Attack, has been devised to promote the new RUN and Max bra by Shock Absorber. The patriotic red, white and blue bra is endorsed by fitness expert and celebrity trainer Caroline Sandry, who collaborated with Boogie Bounce to develop an exclusive Bounce Attack workout.

Trampolining has become increasingly popular as an organised sport and offers an overall cardio workout. The extreme bounce requires a good sports bra but using the trampoline means it is low impact on joints, making it ideal for all ages and levels of fitness.

Fun moves such as 'funky hops', bongo drums' and 'Highland fling' are all described online.

“Bounce Attack is a brilliant way to strengthen and tone your body using the core muscles in a short space of time,” said Caroline.
