Music is a brilliant motivator - and if you feel your gym routine is slowing down at the end of January, give it a boost with a new workout track. Bodymusic has been developed with the advice of fitness professionals for the ultimate workout.

Defected DJ Sam Divine has spent the Autumn working on three new volumes: Bodymusic Run, Bodymusic Gym and Bodymusic Chillout, Stretch & Tone. 

Sam said: “The three new editions are suitable for aerobic fitness like running, dance classes or cycling, a weights/cardio session in the gym as well as lower impact activities such as Power Plate, Yoga or Pilates."

The albums are available on iTunes from 19 Dec and priced at £4.99.
