Aqua zumba joins fitness class menu at The Peak

Tuesday, 29 May 2012 12:57 PM

The Peak Health Club & Spa has selected exuberating and effective classes to add to their timetable in the year of their 25 anniversary, including aqua zumba and ballroom dancing.

Members of The Peak Health Club & Spa at Jumeirah Carlton Tower will benefit from the introduction of the latest fitness classes taking the world by storm; Latin dance lessons with Scott Cole, salsa aerobics, lyenger yoga and aqua zumba classes. The Peak Health Club & Spa will be introducing the new classes from June.

Scott Cole, former three times New Zealand National Latin Champion and Scottish representative, will be teaching a new Latin Jam class – learn ballroom dancing and tone ‘legs, bums and tums’ in the process.  Or hit the water for Aqua Zumba, an easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party that offers a refreshing and invigorating workout. Blending zumba with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, this water-based workout will help with cardio-conditioning, improve body tone and add fun to a workout routine. Day passes are available for non-members for £65.
