Forget costly gym memberships and expensive exercise equipment - all you need to fulfill your fitness resolutions is your iPhone or iPad and some free apps. ThinQ Fitness includes training videos and nutrition articles that you can download from their website straight to your smartphone or tablet.

Membership sign-up is completely free and a range of videos are available for download without any further costs. There are even 10 minute routines you can squeeze into your lunchbreak.

Anna Lovelock, Fitness Director at www.thinqfitness.com said: “Many of the videos are also free to view so it is very reasonable – no more expensive gym memberships!”

ThinQ Fitness App users can also browse all the latest health, fitness and nutrition articles straight from professional health and fitness experts using the ‘Lifestyle’ feature, and benefit from regular advice from personal trainers using the Blog feature.

The ThinQ Fitness App has been rolled out to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users initially, and is available at the App Store.
